How to reach us
Skradin is located at the far side of the deeply indented bay – estuary of the Krka River.
The easiest way to reach Skradin is by auto route A 1 (Split - Zagreb), then branch off onto the 3
kilometre long road leading to the town.
The closest international airport is in Split at a distance of 60 kilometres by auto-route. During
the tourist season Split is connected by regular flights with most of the larger European cities.
Except by a boat of your own you may also reach Skradin by sea through the international ferry
ports in Split (80 km) and Zadar (70 km).

Sea route
After passing through the Šibenik Canal, the route towards Skradin leads along the Krka River bed and Prukljansko Channel. The river bed is marked with numerous red and green lighthouses and it is habitual to sail on the right side. In its first half the river bed occasionally narrows down to 100m (water depth of 7 to 40 m), and then to 80 m (water depth of 7 to 11 m). In Lake Prukljansko the route takes us along cape Oštrica, marked by a green lighthouse (Z BI 2s 6m 1M). The entrance to the port of Skradin is marked by a red lighthouse at cape Lukovo (C BI 2s 3 m 1M) and a green lighthouse at cape Dut (Z BI 2s 4m 3M).
